3.Dry skin too is a cause for sensitive skin problems. Use a water-based, fragrance-free moisturiser to keep your skin hydrated at all times.

4.Follow a daily beauty routine for overall sensitive skin care. Use mild cleansers, good ones are available under Cetaphil and Neutrogen brands. 6.Regular application of coconut, olive or sesame oil, reduces irritation on skin. Use fresh fruit face packs instead of cosmetic ones. Green tea is a good anti-oxidant, include it in your daily diet.
